Chika LoL: Career, Champions and Worlds 2026

Chika is MVK Esports’ Vietnamese mid laner, known for Hwei and Yone. Here are his 2026 stats, champion pool, pro builds, career and Worlds 2026 path.

Chika is the LoL mid laner for MVK Esports. He is a Vietnamese player, real name Võ Lê Nhân, born on 26 January 2006, and he joined the organization on 4 April 2026. He is best known for two very different signature champions, the long-range mage Hwei and the melee skirmisher Yone. Around them sits a draft range that runs from control mages to assassins and even a tank. MVK Esports qualified for Worlds 2026 out of Asia Pacific, so he heads into the event as the team’s mid laner.

Chika’s 2026 season stats

2026 is Chika’s busiest pro year by a wide margin, and he is winning more often than he did in 2025. Last season ended at 23 games and a 52.2% win rate. This year’s game count is already far above that, with a better win rate on top.

The bigger change is how he wins. Compared with 2025, he averages fewer kills and assists, joins a smaller share of his team’s kills and deals a smaller share of its damage. He also dies less often and farms slightly more per minute. In 2025 his damage share was 26.8%, and the 2026 table shows a lower figure alongside a lower KDA.

Read together, those numbers describe a mid laner who has moved away from being the team’s main damage source and toward a steadier, lower-risk job. He farms, survives and lets the win condition sit elsewhere when the draft calls for it. Scaling picks such as Cassiopeia and Ryze fit that picture, and so does the lower kill participation. The trade-off is fewer explosive games, but a higher win rate suggests the approach suits MVK.

Champion pool and pro win rates

Hwei and Yone are the core of Chika’s 2026 pool. They are his most played champions this season and carry his best win rates on a meaningful sample. A mage and a melee skirmisher as co-comfort picks is a real draft asset. MVK can hold the mid pick until late without telling the opponent whether it wants range or engage.

Behind them, Cassiopeia sits at an even record, while Ryze and Annie have won more than they lost on five games each. Ryze is the champion he keeps coming back to, including in his latest series, while Annie has not appeared since the spring. Ryze and Cassiopeia also produce some of his highest farm rates. That fits the scaling role the season stats point to.

Locke and Galio show losing records, but four games each is too small a sample to call either a weak pick for him. The same caution applies to his pocket picks: K’Sante in mid, Twisted Fate and Aurelion Sol have only a game or two behind them. That is enough to show range and to keep opponents guessing in draft, not enough to judge.

Key takeawayWhat his pool tells you

Three habits from Chika’s 2026 pool you can apply in Ranked Solo/Duo. More on building a pool sits in our guides.

  1. Keep two comfort picks of different types, as he does with Hwei and Yone, so one ban or counterpick never leaves you on an unfamiliar champion.
  2. Judge a champion on a real sample: four games is not enough to call a pick good or bad, for a pro or for you.
  3. Treat pocket picks as answers to specific drafts, not as replacements for your main pool.

Pro builds on Hwei, Yone and Cassiopeia

His builds share one thread: Flash and Teleport on all three of his most played champions. That tells you he values map presence over lane kill pressure. He would rather join a skirmish or a bot-side objective fight than take Ignite and try to end the lane early.

Hwei

Crimson Lucidity is the item that shows up most in his Hwei builds, with Hextech Rocketbelt and Luden’s Echo as the usual core. Blackfire Torch, Mejai’s Soulstealer, Rabadon’s Deathcap and Void Staff rotate in later. Rocketbelt gives an immobile artillery mage a dash to reposition or set up his own combos. Mejai’s shows he is willing to bet on staying alive when a game is going well.

The rune page on record is Arcane Comet in Sorcery with Resolve secondary, built for poke from long range. That page comes from a single game, so treat it as one example rather than his fixed setup.

Yone

Yone is the most settled build in his pool. Blade of the Ruined King, Immortal Shieldbow and Gunmetal Greaves appear in every game, and Mortal Reminder is his anti-healing option. Fleet Footwork in Precision with Resolve secondary, plus Legend: Alacrity and Cut Down, points to a plan built on sustain in lane first. Extended fights against tankier targets come later.

Cassiopeia

Cassiopeia gets a scaling, mana-heavy build. Rod of Ages and Seraph’s Embrace form the core, and Zhonya’s Hourglass or Hextech Rocketbelt follow depending on the threat. Deathfire Touch as the keystone, with Bone Plating and Unflinching in Resolve, shows he wants to survive the early trades and take over once his items are complete.

TipCopying a pro mid build

Take the logic, not the exact item list. On Hwei or Cassiopeia, prioritize the items that let you keep casting, and only take Teleport if you will actually use it to join fights across the map. Item values move between patches, so check the latest patch notes before you lock in a pro build.

Recent pro games

His latest games come from LCP 2026 Split 3, in series against GAM Esports on 22 August 2026 and CTBC Flying Oyster on 29 August 2026. Across those series he reached for a long list of champions: LeBlanc, Locke, Aurelion Sol, Ryze, Sylas, Yone and Hwei. MVK drafts its mid pick around the matchup rather than locking him into one comfort champion.

For mid laners, the CTBC Flying Oyster series is a useful study in adapting to several drafts in a single day. Every game in the table has a Watch link, so you can compare how he plays a lane bully like LeBlanc with how he plays a scaling mage like Ryze.

Career so far

Chika’s career history on record is short. He joined MVK Esports as its mid laner on 4 April 2026 and has stayed with the organization since. One of his best Yone games came that same day, in LCP 2026 Split 2 against Deep Cross Gaming.

The scoreboards go back further than the team history. They include a full 2025 season and earlier games on Tristana mid, last played on 22 June 2024, so he had competitive experience before MVK. His Taliyah and Orianna games, last played on 1 March 2026, also predate his MVK start date. The team or teams he played for before MVK are not listed in the history.

Since joining MVK, he has played LCP 2026 Split 2 and Split 3 as the starting mid laner, and the team has qualified for Worlds 2026. Outside pro play he keeps a Twitch channel and a YouTube channel. More player and team pages sit in the esports hub.
