Kael LoL: Career, Champions and Worlds 2026

Kael is the South Korean support of Anyone’s Legend and an LPL champion in 2025 and 2026. His season stats, champion pool, builds, career and Worlds 2026 path.

Kael (Kim Jin-hong, 김진홍) is a South Korean League of Legends support who plays for Anyone’s Legend in China’s LPL. In LoL esports he is best known as the Korean import in the bot lane of one of the LPL’s most decorated recent rosters. He has won domestic titles in both 2025 and 2026, the latest at the LPL 2026 Grand Finals on 13 September 2026.

His career was built on engage supports like Leona and Rell. His 2026 pool is broader, mixing playmakers, enchanters and the occasional melee flex pick. He heads into Worlds 2026 with Anyone’s Legend, and his champion and item habits are worth studying whether you follow the event or play the role yourself.

2026 season stats

Kael’s 2026 numbers describe a cleaner season than 2025, but not a more successful one in the win column. He is dying less often per game and carrying a higher KDA than last year, while his win rate sits below the 63.9% he posted in 2025. That 2025 record came over 183 games, a schedule filled out by MSI and the Esports World Cup on top of the LPL.

Two other changes stand out. His vision score per minute is up on 2025, and his kill participation has dipped slightly. That fits a support spending more time on the map’s setup work, such as wards, sweeps and river control before objectives, and less time arriving at every skirmish. His share of team damage is unchanged, which is what you expect from a role whose damage follows the champions drafted rather than personal form.

The practical lesson for support players is the death count. A support who stays alive keeps vision lines intact and keeps an engage threat available for the next objective. Kael’s lower deaths and higher vision are two sides of the same habit. If you play support in Ranked Solo/Duo, track your own deaths per game before you worry about damage.

Kael’s champions and pro win rates

Neeko is Kael’s most played champion of 2026 and also one of his most successful, with a clearly winning record on a meaningful sample. Bard and Rell sit just behind her in that respect. Both have double-digit games this season and both are winning well over half of them. These are his trusted picks, the ones Anyone’s Legend can draft in a deciding game knowing he is comfortable.

Seraphine is the outlier. She is among his most played champions this year yet carries a losing record. That reads more like a draft answer the team keeps reaching for than a personal comfort pick, and her KDA holds up, so the losses are not about him dying. Milio sits at an even record with the highest KDA of his regular picks: the profile of a safe enchanter who rarely dies but rarely decides games on his own.

The flex picks are the most interesting part of the pool. Camille and Shen both appear as supports this season with winning records. They give a draft a melee threat in the bot lane that is hard to read from champion select. Leona, by contrast, has only a handful of games this year and a losing record, a sharp shift for the champion he has played more than any other in his career. Rakan, Lux and Nami are pocket picks with too few games to judge.

Key takeawayWhat his pool tells you

Read a pro support’s pool by sample size first, then by role in the draft.

  1. Neeko, Bard and Rell carry Kael’s best 2026 records on samples large enough to trust.
  2. A losing record on a frequent pick like Seraphine can reflect draft needs rather than individual play.
  3. Engage tanks remain his career identity even as his 2026 pool leans toward playmakers and enchanters.

Across his career, engage tanks define Kael: Leona, Rell, Nautilus, Tahm Kench and Rakan are his signature champions, and Leona remains the most played of them all.

Pro builds

Kael’s builds show that he wants his supports to matter in fights, not just in lane. On Neeko he takes Hextech Rocketbelt every time, usually followed by Frozen Heart, and pairs them with Arcane Comet from Sorcery and an Inspiration secondary. That is a playmaker setup: a dash item that turns her into an engage threat, then a defensive item so she survives the fight she starts.

Bard is built the other way round. Kael runs Electrocute from Domination with Cheap Shot, Deep Ward and Ultimate Hunter, a page that rewards roaming and picking fights. His items lean protective, though: Mikael’s Blessing and Locket of the Iron Solari, with Bandlepipes in some games. The runes start the fight; the items keep his carries alive through it.

Seraphine is his pure enchanter build. He takes Summon Aery, then Echoes of Helia, Moonstone Renewer and Mikael’s Blessing, with Diadem of Songs in some games. On her, his job is to sustain long teamfights rather than create them.

Three habits run through all three champions. Mikael’s Blessing appears on each of them, Magical Footwear and Cosmic Insight anchor every rune page, and he takes Flash and Heal on all of them. Mikael’s Blessing is the habit to copy: it answers crowd control on your carry, which decides pro teamfights and most high-elo ones too.

TipCopy the Mikael's Blessing habit

If you play enchanters or Bard, plan Mikael’s Blessing into your build whenever the enemy team has one reliable crowd control tool aimed at your carry. Builds move between patches, so check the latest patch notes and our support guides before you lock in a path.

Recent pro games

Kael’s latest games come from the LPL 2026 Grand Finals: Bilibili Gaming on 7 September 2026, Invictus Gaming on 12 September and Bilibili Gaming again on 13 September, the day Anyone’s Legend won the title. Across those series he rarely repeated a champion. He moved from Rell, Nautilus and Tahm Kench to Milio, Lulu, Renata Glasc, Seraphine and Neeko, which shows how much draft flexibility the team gets from its support.

That range is the thing to watch at Worlds. Opponents cannot ban out a single comfort champion and expect Kael to be uncomfortable, so drafts against Anyone’s Legend have to plan around the bot lane as a whole.

Career: Kael’s LoL path from FearX to Anyone’s Legend

Kael began his professional career in Korea with FearX, the organization formerly known as Liiv SANDBOX. He joined on 12 January 2022 and stayed until 6 August 2023, his only team before the move to China.

On 25 December 2023 he joined Anyone’s Legend, and the LPL has been his home since. The move paid off: his first trophy with the team, the Demacia Cup 2024, came on 29 December 2024, and the LPL titles followed in 2025.

His history also shows two short spells listed under AG.AL, 16–20 July 2025 and 15–19 July 2026, each sitting between Anyone’s Legend stints. The first ends on the same date as his runner-up finish at the Esports World Cup 2025. His current stint with Anyone’s Legend began on 22 July 2026.

Read as a whole, it is a settled career: one Korean team, then a long run with one Chinese organization and no other teams in between. That stability is part of why his bot lane partnership and draft flexibility look as polished as they do.

Achievements

Kael’s record is built on domestic winning. With Anyone’s Legend he took LPL 2025 Split 1, the LPL 2025 Split 2 Playoffs, LPL 2026 Split 1 and the LPL 2026 Grand Finals, two full years of finishing first at home. Few supports in the league can point to that kind of consistency.

Internationally, his listed results stop just short of a trophy: third at MSI 2025 and second at the Esports World Cup 2025. That gap is what Worlds 2026 offers him, and it is why his form on the international stage matters more to his standing than another domestic title would.
