Pout LoL: CTBC Mid Laner’s Champions and Worlds 2026

Pout is the South Korean mid laner of CTBC Flying Oyster, an Akali specialist with a wide mage pool who heads to the Worlds 2026 Main Event.

Pout is Han In-woong, a South Korean mid laner who plays for CTBC Flying Oyster in the Asia Pacific region. He joined the organization on 4 April 2026 and has spent the year as an Akali-first player who backs that pick with a long list of control mages. Born on 3 October 2003, he is part of the CTBC roster heading to Worlds 2026.

On the scoreboard he reads as a steady farmer who plays for the map rather than a solo-kill machine. His CS/min holds level from one season to the next, and his kill participation shows a mid laner who joins most of his team’s fights.

2026 season stats

2026 is a much busier and much harder year for Pout than 2025. He has already played far more pro games than in all of last season, but his team wins less often with him, and his record sits well below the 17–8 he posted in 2025.

The per-game profile shifted with the results. His KDA is down from a 5.53 KDA in 2025, he dies a little more often, and he takes a slightly smaller share of his team’s damage while joining fewer of its kills. That is the shape of a player on a team that falls behind more often: fewer clean fights to clean up, more games spent defending.

Two lines held up. His CS/min is unchanged from last season, so his laning fundamentals did not slip under pressure, and his vision per minute rose, which points to a mid laner doing more map work even in losing games. If you are studying him as a mid player, that farming consistency is the part worth copying.

The pool also grew sharply. In 2025 he played 8 champions; this year the count is far higher, and spreading games across that many picks usually costs some consistency on each one.

Pout champions and pro win rates

Akali is the center of Pout’s pool. She is his most played champion in 2026, the one with a winning record on a real sample, and the pick where his KDA is highest among his five most played champions. When CTBC Flying Oyster leaves Akali open in draft, he takes her and plays for early skirmishes.

Aurora is the opposite story. She is his second most played champion this season, yet his record on her is clearly losing on a sample large enough to take seriously. His damage numbers on Aurora are among his highest, so the problem is not output: the games simply have not converted, and her career record tells the same story.

Behind those two sits a block of control mages he can rotate through: Orianna, Ryze, Syndra, Ahri and Viktor. Orianna and Ryze sit at even records, Syndra trails, and Ahri and Viktor have too few games to judge. These are his comfort answers when Akali is banned or taken, and they give CTBC a safe, teamfight-oriented mid when the composition needs one.

The pocket picks are interesting but unproven. Cassiopeia is unbeaten this season, but on four games and not played since 23 May 2026, so treat it as a surprise option rather than a strength. Sylas, Annie and Twisted Fate also carry winning records on tiny samples, while Yone, Galio, Mel and Taliyah are experiments that have not landed yet on samples too small to call.

Pro builds on Akali, Aurora and Orianna

Pout’s builds share one idea: he wants an active item that lets him start a fight. On Akali that is Hextech Gunblade, which he builds in every pro game on her, usually followed by Shadowflame and Zhonya’s Hourglass. On Aurora and Orianna it is Hextech Rocketbelt. These are choices for a mid laner who wants to force the action rather than wait for the enemy to walk into him.

His Akali rune page is the most telling. He runs Electrocute in Domination with Sudden Impact and Ultimate Hunter, then a Resolve secondary of Second Wind and Overgrowth. That Resolve half is a lane-survival choice: he expects to take poke from ranged mages early and wants to reach his item spikes healthy. He swaps between Spellslinger’s Shoes and Chainlaced Crushers, which suggests he reads the enemy crowd control before committing to boots.

On Aurora he keeps Electrocute but switches the secondary to Sorcery with Manaflow Band and Scorch, a more aggressive page for trading in lane. Shadowflame and Crimson Lucidity show up often alongside Rocketbelt, while Liandry’s Torment and Stormsurge are rare. He plays her as a burst champion who looks for picks, not as a drawn-out damage dealer.

Orianna is where he leans into control: Rocketbelt or Blackfire Torch, with Rod of Ages in some games. His Orianna rune data comes from a single game, so read that page as a sample rather than a habit. Flash and Teleport are his Summoner spells on all three champions, which fits a mid laner who wants to join side-lane plays and bot-side fights. Items move between patches, so check the patch notes before you copy a build into your own games, and use our guides for how these champions play in solo queue.
