Bie LoL: Career, Champions and Worlds 2026

Bie is the Vietnamese engage support behind Team Secret Whales’ run through the 2026 LCP calendar. His season stats, champion pool, builds, career and Worlds 2026 schedule are below.

Bie, born Trần Đức Hiếu on 9 December 1999, is a Vietnamese support who plays for Team Secret Whales. He joined the organization on 24 February 2023, when it still played as Team Whales. He is an engage support first. Nautilus, Rakan, Alistar and Braum are the champions his reputation is built on, and in 2026 he has finished first in every LCP split and playoff on his record.

Before Team Secret Whales, he was the support on the GAM Esports roster that won the VCS in 2021 and 2022. That gives him domestic titles in two leagues across two eras. He arrives at Worlds 2026 as part of Asia Pacific’s first seed, with the busiest and most decorated year of his career behind him.

2026 season stats

Bie’s 2026 is busier and more successful than his 2025. Team Secret Whales played far more pro games this year than last, and his win rate has edged above the 66.7% he finished 2025 with. Holding that level over a much larger sample is the real signal. A deep playoff run in every split means more best-of series against the strongest teams in the league, not just regular-season wins against the bottom of the table.

His game has also tightened. He dies less often than he did in 2025, and his KDA sits clearly above the 4.69 he posted that year. His kill participation is slightly higher and his vision per minute has gone up. Taken together, the numbers describe a support who is present for more of his team’s fights while giving away fewer deaths.

The one stat moving the other way is damage. In 2025 he dealt 9.1% of his team’s damage; this season that share is smaller, and his damage per minute has dropped as well. That is not a decline in output. It reflects a pool that leans harder on Nautilus, Alistar and Rakan, champions whose value shows up in assists and vision rather than on the damage chart.

Champion pool and pro win rates

Nautilus is the center of Bie’s 2026 pool. He is the most played champion by a wide margin, and his win rate on him is among the best on any real sample in the table. When Team Secret Whales want a lane that can force the first fight and a support who can hook a carry out of position in mid game, this is the pick. Behind Nautilus, Bard and Karma are the next most played, and they show two different sides of his game.

Bard carries the better record of the two and one of the highest KDAs in the pool. That fits a roaming support who gets value from picks and map movement rather than lane pressure. Karma is his most played enchanter, but her record is the most modest among his top picks. She looks like a draft answer to specific lanes rather than a comfort champion.

The cleanest record on a sample worth reading belongs to Alistar, unbeaten across six games. Rell, played five times, also wins far more often than she loses. Both are hard-engage picks, which reinforces the picture: Bie’s best results come when he decides when the fight starts. Seraphine also has a winning record on six games and gives the team a support with real damage when the draft needs it.

The pool is wider than in 2025, when he played 19 champions, and the extra width comes from flex and pocket picks. Elise and Neeko both sit at an even record over six games each, so they have broken even rather than stood out. Skarner, Milio, Lulu, Camille, Thresh and Poppy appear on three games or fewer. That is too small a sample to call any of them strong or weak, but it shows Team Secret Whales are willing to put unusual champions in the support role to win draft.

Pro builds

Bie’s builds show a support who wants to start fights and then keep his team alive through them. On Nautilus, Locket of the Iron Solari is his standard item, with Bandlepipes as the main alternative. Zeke’s Convergence, Protoplasm Harness and Knight’s Vow show up when the game calls for them, and Randuin’s Omen appears only once. Every one of those items rewards being in the middle of a fight he has just started.

His Nautilus runes follow the same logic. Aftershock with Shield Bash, Bone Plating and Unflinching makes him harder to burst after a hook or an R. The Inspiration secondary, with Magical Footwear and Cosmic Insight, saves gold on boots and adds ability haste so his engage tools come back sooner. He takes Flash and Heal on all three of his most played champions, so his Summoner spells are always supportive rather than built for a lane kill.

Karma is built as a pure enchanter. Moonstone Renewer and Echoes of Helia are his core, with Mikael’s Blessing when the enemy has crowd control to cleanse and Shurelya’s Battlesong when his team needs speed to engage. Summon Aery with Nimbus Cloak, Absolute Focus and Scorch points to a lane that wants to poke and trade on cooldown rather than all in.

Bard is the most aggressive setup. Electrocute with Cheap Shot, Deep Ward and Relentless Hunter is a roaming page: it pays off when he leaves lane to find picks and track enemy wards across the map. His Bard items stay supportive, though, with Locket of the Iron Solari and Mikael’s Blessing leading the way. If you play these champions yourself, our guides cover how the support items fit current builds, and the patch notes track the changes that shift them.

Recent pro games

His latest games come from LCP 2026 Split 3, in series against GAM Esports, his former organization, and CTBC Flying Oyster, the last of them on 30 August 2026, the day Team Secret Whales are listed first in Split 3. Across those series he reached for almost his whole pool: Nautilus and Karma more than once, Rakan, Alistar and Rell for engage, and Seraphine, Elise and Poppy as flex answers in draft.

That spread is worth noting ahead of an international event. Opponents preparing for Team Secret Whales cannot ban out a single comfort pick and expect to unsettle the bot lane. Games with a recorded VOD carry a Watch link in the table.

Career so far

Bie’s career started in Vietnam in 2018. He joined CERBERUS Esports (Vietnamese Team), the organization formerly known as Cube Adonis and Hall of Fame, on 18 January 2018 and stayed until 19 August 2018. A short stint at FTV Esports followed from 20 June 2019 to 11 August 2019, where he is listed in both the support and bot roles, the only time his history records him outside the support position.

From 31 January 2020 to 5 September 2020 he played for EVOS Esports. His breakthrough came at GAM Esports, which he joined on 22 January 2021. Over nearly two years there he won every VCS title on his record, from 2021 Spring through 2022 Summer, before leaving on 5 November 2022.

He joined Team Whales, now Team Secret Whales, on 24 February 2023 and has stayed there since. The early years with the team produced no titles on his record, but they built toward 2025, when he played 63 pro games, and then the 2026 season, in which the organization finished first in every LCP split and playoff. His time with Team Secret Whales is now the longest stint of his career.

Achievements

Bie’s trophy list comes in two blocks, and both are clean sweeps. With GAM Esports he won VCS 2021 Spring and its playoffs, then the VCS 2022 Spring, Spring Playoffs, Summer and Summer Playoffs titles. That made him a fixture of the most successful Vietnamese roster of that period.

The 2026 block is the bigger statement. Team Secret Whales finished first in LCP 2026 Split 1 and its playoffs, Split 2 and its playoffs, and Split 3, which closed on 30 August 2026. Winning across a new league against teams from several regions shows his success at GAM was not a product of one roster or one competitive environment.
