Labrov LoL: Career, Champions and Worlds 2026

Labrov is G2 Esports’ Greek support, a flexible enchanter and engage player who won all three LEC playoff titles of 2026. His stats, champion pool, builds and career are below.

Labrov, real name Lampros Papoutsakis (Λάμπρος Παπουτσάκης), is a Greek League of Legends (LoL) support who plays for G2 Esports. Born 12 February 2002, he joined G2 on 18 January 2025 after stints with Team Vitality and Team BDS, the organization now called Shifters. He is known for a support pool that swings between enchanters such as Lulu and Seraphine and engage champions such as Alistar and Rakan. He is also known for winning: G2 finished first in all three LEC playoffs of 2026 with him in the bot lane.

2026 season stats

Labrov’s 2026 has been busier and more successful than his first year at G2. He has already played more pro games than in all of 2025, wins a larger share of them, and has drawn on a wider champion pool. For reference, his 2025 season closed with a 67–46 record, a 59.3% win rate.

His job inside the team has barely moved. His share of G2’s damage sits at about the same level as last season, his kill participation is a touch lower, and his vision score per minute has gone up. That profile fits a support who spends more of his time setting up the map than chasing kills. His deaths per game have also crept up, which is often the price of the player who walks into unwarded jungle first so his carries do not have to.

The extra volume has a simple source. On top of three LEC splits, G2 played First Stand 2026 and MSI 2026, so Labrov has faced a wider spread of opponents and drafts than in 2025. A win rate that held up through international play says more than the same number earned only at home.

Champion pool and pro win rates

Lulu is Labrov’s most played champion of 2026, and the pool around her leans toward enchanters that keep one carry alive. Seraphine and Alistar have been his most reliable picks on a real sample, each won in a large majority of games, and Bard sits close behind them. Nami has given him some of his cleanest games of the year in a smaller sample.

The engage side of the pool has been busier than it has been successful. Nautilus, Leona and Rakan come out often but have returned more modest results, which is typical of picks taken to answer a specific lane or to deny a hook champion rather than as first choices. Milio has been his one enchanter that has not worked this year. Neeko is the outlier: a flex pick that deals far more damage per minute than any of his other supports, used when G2 wants a second magic damage threat from the bot lane.

Enchanter or engage: why the split matters

A support who wins on both Lulu and Alistar is hard to draft against. The opponent cannot ban out his comfort, because his comfort covers both styles, and G2 can hide its plan until the last support pick. Shen is a pocket pick that has worked when it comes out, and he reached for Lux in the summer playoffs, so even the edges of the pool carry a threat.

For your own climb, the lesson is the structure, not the champions. Keep one enchanter and one engage support ready, so a bad matchup or a ban does not force you onto something you have not practiced. Our guides hub covers both styles if you are building that pair.

Over his whole career, Rakan, Nautilus and Alistar are the champions he has played most, with Rell and Braum behind them, and Leaguepedia also lists Thresh, Bard, Alistar and Pyke as his signature champions. Of those staples, Alistar is the one that has won consistently across teams and years.

Pro builds

On Lulu, Labrov builds for his carry. Ardent Censer is the constant, Mikael’s Blessing usually follows, and Shurelya’s Battlesong or Moonstone Renewer fill the next slot depending on the game. His rune page is Summon Aery from Sorcery with an Inspiration secondary, taking Magical Footwear and Cosmic Insight.

Seraphine follows the same template. Echoes of Helia is his first item, with Diadem of Songs or Mikael’s Blessing after it, on the same Summon Aery and Inspiration setup. Both champions are built to sit behind the front line and keep a long fight going.

Bard is the exception, and it shows a different game plan. Labrov runs Electrocute from Domination with Cheap Shot, Deep Ward and Relentless Hunter, a page made for roaming and picking off targets rather than sustaining a lane. The items stay protective, though: Locket of the Iron Solari comes first, followed by Bandlepipes or Mikael’s Blessing.

What to copy in your own games

Two habits run through all three builds. Mikael’s Blessing shows up on every one of his top champions, so he is ready to cleanse crowd control off his carry rather than build only for damage or healing. He also takes Flash and Heal on all three, carrying Heal himself instead of leaving it to the bot laner.

TipBuild for the threat, not the template

Labrov’s Mikael’s Blessing is a reaction to enemy crowd control, not an autopilot item. Before you copy it, check whether the enemy has a hook, a stun or a charm that decides fights, and check the latest patch notes, since support items change often.

Labrov’s LoL career so far

Labrov’s pro career started at Team Vitality, where he played support from 12 June 2020 to 14 August 2022. That spell gave him his first seasons at the top level of European play.

He moved to Team BDS on 21 January 2023 and stayed until 1 September 2024; the organization has since become Shifters. That stint produced his first title: first place in the LEC 2023 Spring Season, decided on 27 March 2023.

G2 signed him for 2025, with his time there starting on 18 January 2025, and the move turned him from a one-time champion into a regular one. His first G2 year brought first place in LEC 2025 Summer and the LEC 2025 Summer Playoffs, plus fourth place at the Esports World Cup 2025. In 2026 the team went further, winning every LEC playoff, reaching the final of First Stand and finishing fourth at MSI.

Achievements

The 2026 LEC sweep is the standout. G2 took first place at the LEC 2026 Versus Playoffs on 1 March, the Spring Playoffs on 7 June and the Summer Playoffs on 20 September 2026, so no European team beat them in a playoff all year. In our view, that makes G2’s bot lane the benchmark for the region this season, and Labrov a central part of it.

Internationally, his record is close but not complete. G2 finished second at First Stand 2026, fourth at MSI 2026 and fourth at the Esports World Cup 2025. An international title is the one line his list does not have yet. You can compare his results with the rest of the pro scene in our esports coverage.
