Tarzan LoL: Career, Champions and Worlds 2026

Tarzan is the South Korean jungler behind Anyone’s Legend’s run of LPL titles. Here are his season stats, champion pool, builds, career history and his road into Worlds 2026.

Tarzan (Lee Seung-yong) is a South Korean jungler who plays for Anyone’s Legend, the organization he joined in December 2024. He is known for a proactive, skirmish-first jungle style, a deep champion pool and a run of domestic trophies that peaked when Anyone’s Legend won the LPL 2026 Grand Finals on 13 September 2026.

Before Anyone’s Legend he spent his early pro years at LNG Esports from 2020 to 2023, then reached a 3rd–4th place finish at Worlds 2024 with Weibo Gaming. Born on 23 August 1999, he heads into the 2026 World Championship as one of the most experienced junglers at the event.

2026 season stats

Tarzan’s 2026 has been a season of more farm and slightly less winning than 2025. Last year he finished with a 63.9% win rate across 183 games, and this season’s win rate sits below that mark even though his KDA is almost unchanged.

The drop is not about dying more. He actually dies a little less often per game than in 2025, so the gap in results reflects how games have been closed out rather than a jump in personal risk. A jungler who keeps his deaths low while the team wins less is usually still doing his part on the map.

The bigger shift is in resources. He takes more CS and gold per minute than last season and accounts for a slightly larger share of his team’s damage, while his assists per game have dipped. That is the profile of a jungler playing for his own leads on carry champions such as Naafiri and Pantheon, rather than handing every resource to his laners.

His kill participation has held at the high level of 2025, so the extra farm has not come at the cost of showing up to fights. His vision numbers have also ticked up. He has played fewer games than in 2025 so far, with Worlds still to come.

Key takeawayWhat the season says

Tarzan’s 2026 line points to a jungler who has taken on more of the carry load without becoming reckless.

  1. He farms more and deals a larger share of his team’s damage than in 2025.
  2. His deaths per game are slightly lower, so the extra aggression is controlled.
  3. His kill participation is as high as last year, so he still arrives for every fight.

Tarzan champions and pro win rates

Naafiri and Pantheon are Tarzan’s most played champions in 2026, and both have winning records on a real sample. They share a purpose: early pressure, fast clears into lane ganks and the damage to turn a two-for-one skirmish into a lead. Seeing both at the top of the list explains why his farm and damage share rose this year.

Jarvan IV and Qiyana come next and hold some of the best records among his busier champions. Jarvan IV is his setup option: the assist numbers in the table show he plays it to start fights for his team rather than to carry them himself. Qiyana is the opposite, a damage-heavy assassin he can use to punish a passive enemy jungler.

On a smaller sample, Nocturne stands out: he has lost only once on it this year, and it has been in his pool for years. Skarner and Vi give him engage when the draft needs a frontline, while Lee Sin, once one of his staples, sits at an even record this season. Trundle has not won in 2026, but on so few games that says more about drafts than about the champion.

Sejuani and Cho’Gath only appeared late in the playoff run, with too few games to judge. Overall the pool is slightly wider than in 2025, which matters for a team heading into best-of series where opponents will target his comfort champions in draft.

Pro builds

Black Cleaver is the anchor of Tarzan’s builds on all three of his top champions. On Pantheon and Jarvan IV he pairs it with Sundered Sky, and Guardian Angel is his usual follow-up. That is the build of a bruiser jungler who expects to be first into a fight and wants a second life once he gets there.

Naafiri is where the build splits off. He still opens with Black Cleaver but leans into lethality with Voltaic Cyclosword and Serpent’s Fang, with Spear of Shojin and Hubris as alternatives. On Naafiri he wants to be a damage threat that forces the enemy backline to respect him, not a frontline that soaks damage.

The runes are just as consistent. All three champions run Conqueror in Precision with Inspiration secondary: Triumph and Legend: Haste in the primary tree, plus Magical Footwear and Cosmic Insight for free boots and extra haste. The only change is the last Precision rune. He takes Coup de Grace on Naafiri and Pantheon to finish low-health targets, and Cut Down on Jarvan IV to fight through high-health frontlines. Flash and Smite never change.

Taken together, the builds describe a jungler who wants extended skirmishes in the mid game. Conqueror rewards fights that last, Black Cleaver shreds armor over several hits, and Guardian Angel buys time in fights that go long. He is not building to one-shot a carry from fog; he is building to win the brawl around an objective.

TipCopying the build in solo queue

Take the core, not every slot. Black Cleaver into Sundered Sky with Conqueror is the part that carries over to Pantheon and Jarvan IV in ranked; Guardian Angel is a choice for games where you are the one starting fights. Recent pro games

Tarzan’s latest games come from the LPL 2026 Grand Finals against Invictus Gaming and Bilibili Gaming, the run that ended with Anyone’s Legend taking first place on 13 September 2026. The drafts leaned toward tanks and engage, with Skarner, Sejuani, Maokai and Cho’Gath alongside Qiyana, a clear turn from the skirmish carries he played most earlier in the year.

Career so far: LNG, Weibo Gaming and Anyone’s Legend

Tarzan’s career has run through three organizations. He joined LNG Esports on 21 December 2020 and stayed until 19 November 2023, still his longest spell with a single team. Gragas, a champion he has not played in pro since 19 March 2023, is a reminder of that era in his career pool.

His next stop was Weibo Gaming, from 1 June 2024 to 2 November 2024. The stint was short but productive: it ended on the same date as Worlds 2024, where he finished 3rd–4th.

He joined Anyone’s Legend on 15 December 2024 and has been the starting jungler since. His history splits that time around two brief entries under the AG.AL name, from 16 to 20 July 2025 and from 15 to 19 July 2026. Those windows line up with the Esports World Cup: he finished 2nd at the Esports World Cup 2025 on 20 July 2025, and his best Jarvan IV game came at the Esports World Cup 2026 under the same banner. His current Anyone’s Legend entry began on 22 July 2026.

Achievements

Domestic titles define Tarzan’s standing. With Anyone’s Legend he won LPL 2025 Split 1, the LPL 2025 Split 2 Playoffs, LPL 2026 Split 1 and the LPL 2026 Grand Finals, plus the Demacia Cup 2024 on 29 December 2024, two weeks after he arrived. Few junglers can point to that kind of consistency across two straight seasons in one league.

Internationally he has come close without winning. He finished 3rd–4th at Worlds 2024 with Weibo Gaming, 3rd at MSI 2025 and 2nd at the Esports World Cup 2025. Every one of those runs went deep, and an international title is the one result still missing from his list.
