Dhokla LoL: Career, Champions and Worlds 2026

Dhokla is LYON’s top laner, an LCS champion with NRG in 2023 and one of the most flexible drafters in North America. His stats, champion pool, builds and route through Worlds 2026.

Dhokla, real name Niship Doshi, is a League of Legends (LoL) top laner from India who plays for LYON in the LCS. A pro since 2017, he is best known as an LCS champion with NRG in 2023 and as a top laner who covers both sides of a draft: carry champions like Jayce and Rumble, and frontline tanks like K’Sante and Sion. His team has qualified for Worlds 2026, which makes 2026 the biggest year of his recent career.

2026 season stats

Dhokla’s 2026 is a far bigger workload than his 2025, and he is winning more of it. In 2025 he played 37 pro games at a 59.5% win rate; this year LYON’s run through LCS Spring, both playoff brackets and MSI 2026 has put many more games on his record, with a higher win rate on top.

The per-game profile has shifted too. He dies less often, takes more CS per minute and posts a higher vision score per minute than last year, while his gold per minute, damage per minute and kill participation have dipped slightly. His share of the team’s damage has edged up all the same. Read together, those lines describe a top laner who spends more time holding a side lane and less time joining every fight, and who gets more out of the resources he does take.

The biggest change is breadth. He played 11 champions in 2025; the 2026 pool is far wider. For a team that has to draft through best-of-five playoffs and an international event, a top laner who cannot be banned out of a series is worth more than one perfect comfort pick.

Champion pool and pro win rates

Gnar is Dhokla’s most played champion of 2026, but his best results on a real sample come elsewhere. Gnar carries a winning record without dominating; Rumble, Renekton and Jayce all hold clearly better records across a solid number of games, and Sion has quietly done its job as a frontline option.

Comfort picks and draft tools

K’Sante sits at an even record despite being one of his three most played champions this year. That fits what the champion is for: K’Sante is the answer when the rest of LYON’s composition needs a frontline, not a pick taken to win the lane outright. Judge it by what it lets the team draft around it, not by its win rate alone.

Gwen is the one regular champion that has not worked. She has a clear losing record this season, and LYON still drafted her several times in the Summer Playoffs, which suggests the team sees her as a matchup answer rather than a comfort pick. If she keeps appearing at Worlds, that is a draft choice worth watching.

Pocket picks

The tail of the pool is where the pocket picks live: Vayne, Varus and Anivia, plus Olaf, Garen, Malphite, Ornn and Ambessa. Each has only a handful of games, so read their records as small samples rather than verdicts. What they do show is range: Dhokla can take a ranged counter-pick, a mage or a pure tank when the draft asks for it.

Across his career, Renekton and Jayce are the staples, followed by K’Sante, Aatrox and Gnar, while his Leaguepedia page also names Yone as a signature champion. Older favorites have dropped out: Camille has not appeared since 1 September 2022 and Fiora since 24 July 2022, and Jax holds a strong career record on a smaller sample.

Pro builds

Dhokla’s builds on his three most played champions follow one pattern: a fixed first item that defines the champion’s job, then choices that adapt to the game. Teleport sits next to Flash on all three, so he plans to affect the map from the top lane rather than play on an island.

Gnar

On Gnar he opens with Trinity Force and usually follows with Sterak’s Gage, with Randuin’s Omen as the common third option and Guardian Angel or Wit’s End appearing in a few games. Fleet Footwork from Precision with a Resolve secondary gives him sustain through long lane trades as Mini Gnar, and Sterak’s Gage lets Mega Gnar survive long enough to land his engage in a teamfight.

Rumble

Liandry’s Torment is his first Rumble item every time, usually followed by Bloodletter’s Curse, then Riftmaker or Zhonya’s Hourglass. He runs Sorcery primary with a Resolve secondary. That is a teamfight build: burn damage and magic resist shred to make Rumble’s zone control punishing, with Zhonya’s Hourglass when the enemy has the dive to reach him.

K'Sante

Iceborn Gauntlet, Jak’Sho and The Protean form his K’Sante core, with Kaenic Rookern added against magic damage. Grasp of the Undying from Resolve with an Inspiration secondary keeps him trading in lane while he scales into a frontline that the enemy carries cannot ignore.

TipWhat to copy in solo queue

Copy the structure, not the exact order: lock the first item that matches your champion’s job, then pick the next two for the enemy team. Items change between patches, so check the latest patch notes before you copy a pro build, and use our League of Legends guides for the reasoning behind each choice.

Dhokla’s LoL career so far

Dhokla’s pro career started with Sin Gaming, where he played from 10 June to 2 September 2017 and placed 3rd at Rift Rivals 2017 GPL-LJL-OPL. From 20 January 2018 to 25 August 2019 he was the top laner for Immortals (formerly OpTic Gaming), his first stint in North America.

His history has no team listed between August 2019 and February 2022. He returned with Counter Logic Gaming on 5 February 2022 and stayed until 9 April 2023, then joined NRG on 14 June 2023. That move produced the high point of his career so far: two months later he won the LCS 2023 Championship.

He left NRG on 7 September 2024. His history next lists 100 Thieves from 26 July 2025, and his 2026 scoreboards show him with LYON, where he has played his busiest year in the stats we track, reached MSI 2026 and qualified for Worlds.

Achievements

The LCS 2023 Championship, won on 20 August 2023, is the result that defines Dhokla’s standing: it is the domestic title on his record and the reason he arrives at any playoff series as a proven champion. The 3rd place at Rift Rivals 2017 GPL-LJL-OPL is the earliest result on his record, from his first pro season.

Beyond the trophy list, 2026 has added an MSI appearance with LYON. Worlds 2026 is his next chance to add an international result to a record that, until now, has been built mostly in North America.
