2026 season record and player stats

KT’s 2026 season is the definition of even. The series record sits level, and the game record is slightly below break-even because the team dropped more close series than it won. Most of those losses came against the top of the LCK, while KT handled the teams around it.

The side split is the clearest pattern in the data. KT is a strong team on blue side and a struggling one on red, where it loses far more often than it wins. That points to a draft that leans on first pick: when KT can secure its priority champion before the opponent reacts, its plan holds up. On red side, with the last pick but no first choice, the results fall away sharply.

Games run to a normal LCK length rather than ending in quick stomps or dragging into late-game coin flips, so KT tends to win or lose through mid-game teamfights and objective setups rather than early snowballs.

Bdd is the most consistent performer in the regular lineup, pairing a strong KDA with a heavy share of kills from mid. Effort leads the team in assists, and Cuzz’s numbers show a jungler who is involved in nearly every fight, at the cost of more deaths than the solo laners. PerfecT’s line is the most modest of the core, which fits a top laner often asked to hold a side lane on weakside resources.

Draft priorities

Ryze is KT’s first-phase priority and the champion it has played most this season, with a winning return. Pantheon, Ezreal and Nautilus follow as staples, and Yunara has been a reliable bot-lane answer. The pattern is a team that values flexible, skirmish-ready picks it can draft early without revealing too much.

The champions with the best results tell a different story than the most picked. Seraphine and Jarvan IV have won far more than they lost, though on smaller samples, while Jayce and Renekton have been losing picks for KT. If you follow their drafts, watch whether the lane-bully top and mid picks keep appearing; so far the data says KT plays better with engage and utility around its carries than with early-pressure solo lanes.

Bard is the champion KT bans most, ahead of Orianna, Rumble and Cassiopeia. Taking Bard away removes the roaming support that can disrupt KT’s bot side and its jungle setups. Banning Orianna and Cassiopeia protects Bdd from two control mages that can match or outscale him in mid, and Rumble is a top-lane threat that also dominates teamfights with its ultimate.

Recent form

KT closed the LCK regular season on a losing run, dropping a string of Bo3 series to Dplus Kia, Hanwha Life Esports, Gen.G and T1. Most of those series went to a third game, which matches the season-long picture: competitive with the top teams, but unable to close.

The team turned it around in the postseason. KT won the LCK 2026 Season Play-In in a full five-game series against HANJIN BRION, then beat Dplus Kia to open the playoffs. Gen.G stopped that run, and a rematch with Dplus Kia ended KT’s playoffs.

Since the LCK, KT has started the Demacia Cup Global Invitational 2026 with wins over Shopify Rebellion and RED Canids. Every LCK game of the late-season and playoff stretch is linked in the results below, so you can review the drafts and fights for yourself.
